Resident Contract:
- Monthly Salary: 24,500usd
- Monthly basic salary: 23,500usd
- Monthly Housing Allowance: 500usd
- Monthly Transportation Allowance: 500usd
- Block Hour: 80 hours/month;
- Overtime Pay: 220usd/hour
- Annual Leave: 30 days;
- Sick Leave: 10 days;
- Contract Renewal Bonus: 40,000usd.
6 Weeks on 4 Weeks off Plan:
- Monthly Salary: 16,500usd
- Monthly basic salary: 15,500usd
- Monthly Housing Allowance: 500usd
- Monthly Transportation Allowance: 500usd
- Block Hour: 80 hours/month;
- Overtime Pay: 170usd/hour;
- Annual Leave: N/A;
- Sick Leave: 5 days;

- 3,000+ total Flight hours, 500+ total PIC hours on A320 Family;
- valid ICAO ATPL with no limitation and restriction;
- <= 58 years of age;
- valid passport of the countries having diplomatic relations with China and having membership in ICAO;
- ICAO English level 4 or above;
- Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by Civil Aviation Authorities of ICAO;
- no history of incidents and accidents, no criminal history.
